Step 1: Find Your RustDesk ID
Open the RustDesk application. You'll see your ID in the main window:

Step 2: Submit Your Information
What happens next?
- A support agent receives your request immediately
- The agent will connect to your RustDesk ID
- You'll see a popup asking to accept the connection
- Click "Accept" to allow the agent to view your screen
- The agent will troubleshoot the issue with you
- When finished, either party can disconnect
