Step 1: Find Your RustDesk ID
Open the RustDesk application. You'll see your ID in the main window:

Step 2: Submit Your Information

9-10 digit number shown in RustDesk window

We'll notify you when an agent connects

What happens next?
  1. A support agent receives your request immediately
  2. The agent will connect to your RustDesk ID
  3. You'll see a popup asking to accept the connection
  4. Click "Accept" to allow the agent to view your screen
  5. The agent will troubleshoot the issue with you
  6. When finished, either party can disconnect
